A CC troop combo that should deal with any attack type would consist of 1 or 2 loons, a lot of archers, 1 wizard, and 1 witch. You can take out the wizard if you want.
This base is in no way anti-hog.
Also, to slow down any troop composition, you should have tons of archers then 1 wizard and 1 witch. That would work better.
I also just got 3 starred by all hogs and lvl 5 wiz and max golem in their cc. This base design is pretty poor imo. I can't predict what the people will be attacking with, so having certain designated troops in my cc is irrelevant. I typically use max wiz and/or max witch. All of my defenses are maxed other than my xbows which are at lvl 2.
Well, you may have had weak defenses lol
If you want to make the CC unlurable, move the bottom ATs out one space. Also, remember that most base designs have Go-x or Lavas in mind. Golems with rage still have trouble on walls, whereas Giants break through walls easier. And if you had a max Drag and Loon or all max Loons in the CC, they would have taken out the Giants quicker, possibly before the Wizards got blown up. You can modify the trap layout and put 2 Giant Bombs where they will hit troops more easily.
Easily 2 starred with weak troops. I was 2 starred with 70% damage from 20 giants and 16 wiz, and archers. The attacker spammed all the giants from the bottom and sent in wiz right behind them.
The CC is WAY too easy to lure out and destroy. I'm sure I would easily get 3 starred if they used stronger troops.
I would not recommend this base at all, sorry.
yeaa the best in the classh you know the thrill dont play no games, you now the dig
Also what about skeleton traps? Ground or air? I feel this base is prone to a lavaloon
Do u leave the xbows on ground only? Also, which direction do u face the air blower? The outside corner as pictured? War starts shortly!...
@jmumme43 thanks! The thing with the top, though, is that the line of storages will prevent the golems from going in to the middle to protect the royals/wizards UNLESS the attacker double jump spells, which is rare at TH9. The enticing trail of Mortar, then Cannon, then AD/Archer Tower will distract the Golems, leaving everything else vulnerable to the Teslas, X-Bows, and CC troops/defending royals. I can see a GoWiVa 2 star. If the attacker brings 2 jump, this base is down, but that's rare, so I think this base should still hold up.
I've copied this exact base. We war this weekend. I will let you know how it holds up!
Looks great!! I give it 5 stars, but I think that this base would be pretty easy to two star if you put a jump spell near the top mortar, if you use a GoWiVa it should be an easy two stars, but I can't speak for 3 stars on this base (plus most people don't use GoWiVa). Again, great base! 5/5
I also included some anti-wall breaker traps at the top. Teslas should do work from any direction.
Thank you! I designed it so that reaching the TH, even with a jump spell, from the bottom is very difficult, and if they attack from the top, Golems will go on the dreaded merry-go-round due to that line of high-HP storages. And, there is a high chance that troops will start hitting walls to reach the bunkered heroes/CC witches. This is one of my favorite base designs.
Sweet base desgin. The heroes should do work in there. As a southern teaser layout it looks good. 5/5
