Seems pretty good, I've used similiar ones but seems like this one woulld hold up good.Atleast in gold league I think it would for me anyways,due to me not being attacked for 1-2 days at a time.

I think this is a great warbase, i use a very similar base. Even though i am only half way through th8, i am one of the last to be attacked. As far as your wizard placement, its fine like it is. I think people over due the importance of it in clanwars. At th8 you mostly get raided by hogs and dragons. And this base stops them well. However for a normal base i would not use it because normal raids use a ground attack. And yes wts are in a bad place for a non hog ground attack. For war i give your base a 5, for a non war i give it a 2.

It's pretty good for cups but resources aren't so protected just switch the wiz on the pumps with the archer tower near the elixir storage for splash cover on storages

I feel retarded. This is my first time using this site and I literally cannot follow this because the angle is all different. :(

I've been using this for almost 2 weeks now and I have to say its been holding off raids pretty good. There are some flaws to it though, giants break through the base easily with the use of wall breakers and from there all hell breaks lose. Secondly, if your base defended against a raid and you have no shield, traps are already used, which makes this base so good, that the second person raiding you has a less of a hassle for getting 1-3 stars. You have to really rely on those traps for protection but on the good note, this base is really a beast against hog raids and balloonians. I would reccomend this base in gold league 1-3, I don't think this setup will survive crystal and up. I love this base overall and for people saying its a bad base, it's really not. It's very entertaining to watch people trying to raid you with hogs and see them fail at the end haha. 4 stars man good job if only this base can defend well against wall breakers with the use of giants then easily a 5*!

Good base, but I wouldn't use it in CW. Defenses are outside but Wiz towers aren't good placed. There is a big risk, that hogs could 3 star it.

A solid TH8 CW base needs all the 3 important defenses close to the TH: Wiz towers, mortars and air defenses. Well maybe mortars aren't that strong but it still makes a difference, when they are in the centre.

Look at one of my bases (it's called monser TH8 3), I'm not trying to advertise it, but look at the postion of the middle defenses, they're all as close as possible to the TH.

An other excellent exaple is pingfaos tesla theme, there is a mod of this with TH in the centre, which also has all the important defenses close to the TH.

hogs giants balloons will attack those defenses in a merry go round direction and not directly to the core, so before entering the core, attackers troops are gone flying because of the traps and giant bombs...

all mortars and air defenses in one pocket looks concerning to me
