First off, a small disclaimer:
This is my first guide, if there are any errors (spelling, grammar, etc.) Please dismiss them. Also, if you're looking to gain one million gold solely based off of this guide, you may have to rethink your intention. This guide doesn't teach you exact specifics on who and how to attack, but it does give some helpful hints. This guide will though, if followed correctly, fill up your gold storages by a million in a matter of a couple hours.
Also, I have tested out this plan multiple times, and it has had a 100% satisfactory rate for me, I am a TH8, and have only used this plan for TH8, based off of numbers and statistics, it should be able to work with any town hall given your flexibility.
Now, in to the actual guide to gaining 1 million gold in a matter of hours.
FIRST OFF: The Basics
As obvious as it may sound, if you want your millions, you are going to have to be active. Each Army (Which will be described in step 2) Takes about 20 minutes to 30 minutes to train. You will need to attack someone every time your troops finish training, so you will need to have access to CoC at almost all times. This strategy works PERFECT for long trips on a plane or in a car. Also, the more active you are, the less likely you will be raided.
SECOND: The Army
The army is probably the most important, or second most, part of this strategy. Your army may differ from TH to TH, but the basis of it all will be extremely similar. You will want to set up your army as follows:
MAX OF 7 GIANTS.
TEN BARBARIANS FOR EVERY GIANT.
(So if you have 7 giants, you will want 70 barbs)
6 or 7 WALLBREAKERS
(yes, wallbreakers. Trust me)
MAX OF 30 GOBLINS.
A LITTLE OVER DOUBLE THE AMOUNT OF ARCHERS FOR GOBS
(For example, I train 30 Goblins and 85 Archers)
IF YOU HAVE 200 TROOP SPACE (Like Myself) Here is a specific composition.
7 Wall Breakers
(I use a couple extra barbs for CC troops and Heroes)
This army will take about 26 minutes to train, giving you about two attacks an hour.
Another advantage, NO DARK ELIXIR. While gaining this gold, you will also see you DE Rise!
BEFORE ANY ATTACK Luer out any CC Troops and the opposing hero, kill them with spare archers and barbs. Then go for the real attack.
You will want to attack by first taking away stray buildings with archers. Next, do lines of barbs (Never put them in a bunch. After lining a side of the base with barbs, send in your few giants behind them. Next, the wallbreakers. This creates a huge shield for archers, which you will also put in a line formation next. Once the first defenses and wall layers have been removed, send in the goblins to start cleaning up the gold. LAST, your hero who will get backup scraps to get you that 50% star.
THIRD: Who to Attack
Yes, skipping bases costs precious gold, but it is worth skipping, especially because you are not looking to loose trophies, in fact you will gain trophies pretty fast with this strategy. The first and most helpful think that you need to do, SKIP SKIP SKIP. Do NOT attack a base that has 40K gold available, or attack a TH10 with max mortars and wizard towers.
For this strategy to work, you need to attack bases with a minimum of 95K resources you will be able to take. So lets say a 200K base comes up, and you know you can take at least half, go for it! Or maybe a TH10 comes up with 200K and its ALL in pumps and mines, maybe you're willing to loose trophies to get that gold even quicker.
When looking for your base, look for these things:
1) YOU CAN TAKE AT LEAST 95K GOLD
2) NOT HIGH LEVEL MORTARS OR WIZARD TOWERS (You're attacking in bunches, remember)
3) LOW LEVEL WALLS (Lower level the walls, the more your WB will do, and the easier for your goblins to get that gold)
And remember, most importantly, SKIP SKIP SKIP. The right base will appear.
FOURTH: THE MATH BEHIND THIS
I could sit here all day and tell you this, that, how, why, but it wouldn't be reliable unless i backed it up with fact, which in a game like CoC, fact is not just credibility but it is mathematical fact.
First off, you army.
The army listed above takes anywhere from 20 to 30 minutes to train, so for worst case scenario lets say that your army takes a half an hour to train.
This comes out to 2 attacks per hour.
Raiding: Your raid should gain you anywhere from a minimum of 95K Gold. Good players will be able to capture about 110K gold per attack, but lets use worst case scenario again, you gain 95K every attack. Plus, your loot bonus.
Lets say you're an average Gold 2, your loot bonus will be 8.4K Gold, so for every attack you gain 103,400K GOLD. You get two attacks an hour.
OFF OF RAIDS, you're gaining 206,800K GOLD AN HOUR.
Now lets take in to account the amount of times you skip to get this gold.
Lets say you loose an average of 5,800 GOLD ON SKIPPING BASES. (10 skips for a TH8)
THAT BRINGS YOU TOO 201,000K Gold an hour for your army.
YOUR MINES BRING IN 3K gold an hour, and you have 6. This is 18K gold an hour from mines.
WITH THIS GUIDE, WORST CASE SCENARIO YOU GAIN 219,000 GOLD AN HOUR.
WORST CASE SCENARIO, you will get 1 MILLION gold in 4 and a half hours (given you attack twice an hour)
Lets say you come across a base which you know you'll loose trophies, but 200K gold is available, you cut this 4 and a half hours down to around 3.
Now, if this happens you may wanna attack a farm base to get your trophies up.
This strategy has worked numerous amount of times for me. Anytime I want to upgrade a defense or go on a wall-push, i resort to this guide.
If there's anything to take from this, take these points:
SKIP,SKIP,SKIP when attacking
BE ACTIVE, 2 ATTACKS PER HOUR
MAKE THE ARMY YOUR OWN. The army given is a starter, throw in some wizards, minions, whatever, make it yours!
